Copyright Restriction Agreement

This Copyright Restriction Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between TELE-OPTIC SERVICES PTY LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Provider") and the end-user consumer (hereinafter referred to as "User"). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of Provider's Artificial Intelligence (AI) products (the "Products") accessed through the App Store and Play Store (the "Stores"). By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any of the Products, User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Intellectual Property Rights:

1.1 The Products, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, and related documentation, are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright, trade secret, and other proprietary rights owned by Provider.
1.2 User acknowledges and agrees that all intellectual property rights associated with the Products, including modifications, enhancements, or derivative works, remain the exclusive property of Provider.
2. Permitted Use:
2.1 User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Products for personal, professional and non-commercial purposes.
2.2 User may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to gain unauthorized access to the source code of the Products.
3. Restrictions:
3.1 User shall not sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or transfer the Products to any third party without prior written consent from Provider.
3.2 User shall not use the Products for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to infringement on the rights of Provider or any third party.
4. Confidentiality:
4.1 User agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Products and shall not disclose any proprietary information, algorithms, or trade secrets contained within the Products.
4.2 User shall take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Products, including protecting login credentials and ensuring the security of devices used to access the Products.
5. Updates and Upgrades:
5.1 Provider may release updates, upgrades, or new versions of the Products. User acknowledges that continued use of outdated versions may result in diminished functionality or compatibility issues.
6. Termination:
6.1 Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend User's access to the Products in the event of any breach of this Agreement.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty:
7.1 The Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability:
8.1 Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Products.
9. Governing Law:
9.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Entire Agreement:
10.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Provider and User concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and communications, whether oral or written.

By using the Products, User automatically acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If User does not agree to these terms, User must refrain from using the Products.
